The best thing about making money off telephone spam is it just takes time to learn how to talk to the caller and get the name of their business. They know what they are doing is illegal so if you start off the call asking the name of their business, they will hang up on you and take you off the list.

Here is what I do to get the name of the business, I answer the phone and listen to their sales pitch, most important act interested and at tbe end of the call they will ask if you interested and say yes but do you have a website that I can visit sure this is not a scam. Since they have invested 10 minutes on the Phone with you so they will give you the website of their BBB listing. It's that simple you have identified the spammer. Now save the number as a contact for example Car Warranty Call 1 - business name. From now on, after you ID the robocaller save it as a new contact. This will help you keep track of how many times they contact me.
